Shakira’s trainer Instagram account is a great way to put together routines that help you strengthen different areas of the body.

In the case of the glutes, Anna Kaiser suggests three very effective exercises that you can do from home.
According to the expert, these exercises not only work for the glutes, they will also work the outer and inner thighs and calves.
Anna Kaiser has a methodology focused on mindfulness, so she suggests that you do them throughout the day to connect with your body, help focus and enhance your energy. Below we list your top exercises.
Exercise 1
In the first exercise, you should squat down with your feet together and your arms outstretched, touching the ground only with the tips of your fingers without supporting yourself at all.
Raise the soles of your feet, resting only on the tips and do 20 repetitions. Your thighs should stay close to your abdomen and as you bring your feet up, your knees will touch your bust.
This exercise, in addition to being functional for the glutes, is a great workout for the calves.
Exercise 2
Extend one leg as if you were going to do a side lunge, keep it bent and in line with your knee, rotate your foot to the side, then forward, and finally push up.
As you do these movements, your opposite leg should remain straight at all times as a fulcrum. Do 10 reps for each leg.
Exercise 3
For this exercise you will only need two towels. Kneel on the floor and place the towels under your knees to avoid slipping, with a straight back, relaxed shoulders and contracted abdomen and buttocks, slide your legs out and in.
Anna Kaiser explains that the more you can extend your legs, the greater the effort. At the end of 10 repetitions of large movements, maintain the same position and with smaller and faster movements add 20 repetitions.
